Interestingly, the Japanese katakana characters on the sign do in fact say “Lusty Pet Clinic.” …Or it could be “Rusty,” but I doubt this is a repair shop for robotic pets. Anyway, my guess is that someone looked up the word “genki” in an Japanese->English dictionary and thought the possible translation of “lusty” sounded good.
[Genki doesn’t really translate to a specific English word; it basically means being healthy, feeling good, having a good well-being, but can also be extended to mean lusty/horny.]
