I don’t see anything wrong with that sentence. Maybe it belongs in a bad design site, but there’s nothing wrong with the English.

Sunshine filtering down through the trees may make him feel relieved, but I usually relieve myself down under trees.
When you have a catheter,you pretty much don’t really know when you’re relieving yourself. Ergo,you are always relieved.
