The Heart Building is gentle… unlike the Suck, Ho Building which has mysteriously disappeared…

Looks like they forbid photography, smoking, and witches. Filthy habit, witchery.

Funds ran a little short from from the “heart building” act Timmy. We gave you a heart, but no aorta. Goodbye.

I can’t figure out the floor plan to this mall, it’s all atriums and ventricles.

Now that’s a good ministry. Instead of only thinking about money, they build a shopping centre just to be gently.

Watch out of the Land of Ministry leans too far to the left, that heart might start bleeding.

The heart building act is much better for the land than the liver destroying act, but it is clearly not as popular.

Apparently there is such a law, and the name is correct (one wonders why they use the English word for “heart” rather than the Japanese). It appears that the law governs building accessibility for the elderly and handicapped.
