It’s not Engrish; I suppose you’d have to call it Flancais. Pretty sure it’s supposed to say ” maille écru.” When in doubt, just put the ol’ accent over any letter that’s handy. 🙄

The time it took them to figure out how to shoehorn an apparent accent onto a capital letter R by means of the “combining comma above” Unicode character, had better been spent on figuring out that the accent really belongs on the ‘E.’
