@ALGERNON….Carob is the “natural” alternative to Choc.
It is pretty lousy as a Choc block, but Carob Ice-cream is fantastisch.

I ate this cake, and the next day it became a sweet smell. Well I thought it was sweet, but my wife didn’t appreciate it.
