What they’re mis-translating as ‘pull the surface’ there is just ramen. Because the first character in ‘ramen’ is pull, as in pulled noodles. They’ve got Braised Pork Ribs Ramen, ‘Secret’ Spare Rib Ramen, Five Spices Beef Ramen, etc. I can’t see enough of the top one to know what’s exploding.
While explosives have applications at the surface level, it seems like overkill when preparing vegetables.
Ah, the dreaded Peru system strikes again! But at least it stops the vegetables exploding….
Those damn surface dwellers.
