Well, it’s either a group of people or things of a certain rank (eg, “this hotel is a 5-star class”), or it is a group of students being taught by a teacher (eg, “these kids are attending math class, taught by Mr. Chang.”)
It could also refer to a sense of style, wealth, or charisma that a person appears to have. (eg, “Mr. Honda has class with that suit he’s wearing.”)
