I think this English name on the menu is misplaced and was meant for another well-known Chinese dish called “Fu Qi Fei Pian”, which means “husband wife lung slices”.

Non-funny explanation:
This is the correct, literal translation of the curiously romantically named, popular cold Sichuan dish “Fuqi feipian,” typically translated to English more explicitly as “Beef tongue and tripe in hot sauce”. Lung meat is rarely used, particularly in the USA, where it’s illegal to prepare or serve under FDA guidelines.
It is delicious, if intensely, numbingly spicy in typical mala tradition.
The only mistake is that this menu mistakenly shows chicken feet in its place.
For the chef, cooking this dish is 90% respiration and 10% exhalation.
