Not Engrish: chit, noun: a short official note, typically recording a sum owed
I think I am going to go and have a chit, and then we’ll see about this.
“Convenience” is bullchit – the minibar is there so you can get drunk while nobody is watching.
This instruction reads like complete chit.
Actually the statement is correct English. A chit is a small note for a sum owed.
So the small note said to the mini bar.
I’ve occasionally had a chit in a convenience. Not one of those conveniences had a cashier.
But you shouldn’t leave a chit on the bed, or so I’ve Heard. đŸ˜›
