@Marum: those seem to be Korean characters that happen to look like numbers. The real Chinese characters read: “former hot dog”. Which probably means: we have let a hot dog ferment long enough in a humid environment to the point where it can no longer be considered a hot dog, and now it looks like purple ice cream.
