Didn’t I send this photo in a couple years ago? Think so! MICE turns out to means “Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition”. MICE is nice but I agree, it looks ridiculous in the ad, splashed across considerable acreage in Shinagawa station.

Everything else is miserably in Mice City, especially for the romantic rat.
