I’m guessing the owner is a supply-side “trickle-down”er.

If you want good clean grain, that’ll cost you. But if you are satisfied with the grain after the cow has pre-enjoyed it, that’s a lot cheaper.

I’m guessing that ‘pobre’ itself was a literal translation of ‘poor boy’, a style of submarine sandwich (aka sub, hoagie, hero, or grinder) with origins in the state of Louisiana.
I’ll have mine with a meadow muffin on the side.

This looks like the menu of a peruvian / bolivian restaurant, but from an Argentina city. All dishes belong to Argentina cuisine except for “Bife a lo pobre” which means “Beef poor man style”, which is from Perú or Bolivia. I’m not sure since I never dared to try it.
baked or fresh
I call B.S. on this.
Served on a bed of …
Poo of bear and the honey pot.
Poo Poo platter or Poo Poo splatter?
Served with field pees.
Wow. They totally mistranslated “beefing”.
Google translates it to “beef to the poor”.
I’m guessing the owner is a supply-side “trickle-down”er.
