And for a sheep?
Elmer the Bull was wondering why Elsie was seeing her acupuncturist so much.
…and you’ll never believe what happens in the second act!
After a clam, comes a storm.
After a cow, comes a needle.
Do you have Fried Fork?
“Introducing the Wonder Wok! It cooks cuttlefish! It relieves aches & pains! It even inseminates your cow!”
Is this a menu or a Playbill for performance art?
Gee, where THESE folks guessing at Engrish. The chinese characters read something along the lines of “Golden Needle Fatted Beef in Pot”.
I’ve been to an acupuncturist recently and now I am scared that the needle might have been used on a cow.
To our valued customers: Our cattle are treated with acupuncture needles to make sure that they are free of mad cow diseases. Enjoy!
Chinese porn is weird.
I’m so not going to this acupuncturist.
The old chiropractor of fryer dresses a chicken.
The happy herbologist of blender spanks a monkey.
Veal. In Japan, you REALLY don’t want to know how they get it.
The greedy shoe salesman of toaster marinates a frog.
The insane ragamuffin of metal-made appliance effluviates the Pearl Tower.
…OR you could have gently Accupressure Swiss Steak
The angry co-ed of Taser storms a turkey.
The clashy Ayatollah of jet fighter rocks the Casbah!
Tonight’s special is the fertilized cattle served with a side of softly fried offspring of chicken and the unleavened cakes of pan.
Is this an acupuncture needle or are you just happy to see my cattle?
so THAT’S how Mary got pregnant… Could there have been acupuncturists in her day? Possible.
Acupuncture is just the sort of stress reliever these cattle needed!
I like my cattle young and fertilized.
é‡‘é‡ although was translated as “acupuncture needle”, it was referring to the long thin mushrooms, Enokitake, or 金é‡è‡ (golden needle mushroom) in Chinese.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enokitake
additionally,
It should be read as 肥牛仔, 牛仔 in this case means “baby cow” or “veal”, & è‚¥ does not mean “fat”, rather “succulent”.
So, the dish’s true name should be read as
金é‡è‚¥ç‰›ä»”é‹
or “hot pot of veal with enokitake mushroom”.
Um. This is not a menu photo but rather the cover of album by an 80s art rock band called “young acupuncture needle of boiler” (all lowercase, of course).
The name of the record was “fertilizes a cattle.” I have this record. They opened for They Might Be Giants at Numbers in Houston in ’86.
Tian: 多谢!
Bull?
Better dining via artificial insemination?
Acupuncture needle fertilizes the cow. Big sausage fertilizes the human.
what sort of offspring will come of this unconventional union!!!!???
– Would you care for something needless then, Sir?
