Yin Qi Xiang® may have However Powder, but Bud Abbot™ has Who Salt, What Pepper, and I Don’t Know Flakes!
Probably used by China Rail, because it’s tireless.
It looks like coriander.
So It is possibly Kadai Masala powder.
Despite our best efforts, we keep it whole.
Another case of chatacter-by-character translation. A funnier one would be “hard working like that powder”.
In case somebody wonders what is actually inside – that’s cummin powder.

BTW. It is Cumin. Pr. Koo min or Kuh min.

I have never used Kadai Masala, but I regularly use Garam Masala
