Ah, steamed bums. An old Skinner family recipe!
This menu is so bad – et really zuccs!
30 minutes later, you’ll be hungry for more education.
-What’s on the menu?
-You know, the usual stuff; wontons, dumplings, soup, etzuccetera.
Mmh, Zanthoxylum schinifolium etzucc sauce, just like my mother made it.
Bugger the Sichuan Pepper.
I’ll have hot English Mustard with my wontons and dumplings.
This sauce will make you into a handyman.
eg….If you get some Sichuan pepper sauce on your esteamed bum, you’ll make bolt for the bathroom.

Somebody did NOT pass biology, as seen by the “etzucc” (coming from the people who gave the Sichuan pepper its scientific name, Siebold & Zuccarini)

I’d be more concerned about the pot stickers, but that’s just me…
Hrrrm. I’ll have the Escherichia Steamed Bun and the Pseudomonas Stickers. Just one of each please.
On a side note, those peppers are the best! Their numbing taste and the spicy taste of hot peppers go well together
