The worst part is, this is not a machine translation. The Chinese text contains no “please”.

“Warm tips” is clear, that’s what the Chinese text translates to word by word (or “warm prompt”, as some other Engrish does it).

As for “no horsing”, I guess they had no space for “It is strictly forbidden to (?) the horse”. And what’s in (?) place anyway? Ride? How can you RIDE a bronze horse?! Mount? That brings unwanted associations…

Actually. It is not a horse,but a Unicorn. When the rider tried to climb on, it gave him such a surprise, that he vaulted clean over the saddle, into the creek below.

As a result, he was well, truly, and completely, ducked.
