Sometimes, water gets really steamed!
Always pay the boatman when you cross the river Styx. Or he might get very cross.
When the veges get steamed, they are likely to beet you on your onions, and pickle your gherkin.
But if you tend the strawberry patch very lovingly, you might just get your taro hidden for an hour or so.
When the taro has been done well enough to be soft, you have probably ploughed the furrow sufficiently, to plant the crop for next years harvest.
