Hmmm….gonna have to ask a Japanese friend about this one.
It’s for some sort of distribution center or dispensary.
The name of the company at the bottom of the sign indicates it has something to do with construction or housing…I think.
Quite cryptic, this sign. This would make for a nice, challenging example on an advanced Japanese language test to see just how familiar one really is with the local culture.
The alternate name for “Roppongi”, presumably, where honorable foreigners are welcome to visit.
