It turns out Pucca is a South Korean cartoon that was dubbed in Canada (or something like that). Jajangmyeon turns out to be a Korean-Chinese dish. Pucca’s uncles run a restaurant. (Information from pucca.wikia.com and en.wikipedia.org)

The Pucca cartoon originated from South Korea and she lives in a Chinese restaurant, so guess if she has a mania to the dish she really likes it when those three chef guys there (forgot their names) make it.

They just didn’t transliterate the Chinese Z sounds to English properly.
