This is actually very good English. I wouldn’t consider this to be Engrish at all. It’s pretty sophisticated. “Now happens only once” perhaps isn’t what you’d normally say, but it ends up actually being pretty effective for its uniqueness.
Once now happens is it then the past when the future occurs.
I agree with “Who?” in the comment above. It is sophisticated – but I believe unitentionally so. Whatthey probably intended was “Live in the moment”, “Be in the moment” etc… “Now only happens once” has a philosophical edge…
