Ghost In The Shell: Stand-Alone Complex. This is the logo used by the antagonist of the series, who would hack people’s brains so that when they looked at his face, they only saw this image.
(It’s a quote from Catcher in the Rye, IIRC.)
I’m afraid you’ve been had this time. It’s not really Engrish, it’s an anime shirt quoting an American novel using a logo the show used.
