@Marum: Yes, if you take the last three characters by themselves it’s ‘large small passing’, but together those mean defecation more discretely than 排便 does. Think of the English euphemism of ‘number one and number two’ and you have small and large.

@Marum: Putting the last 2 words into Google Translate got me “editor”, which is probably funny in journalistic circles.
