I drink my Scotch with honey,
I do it when I please,
It makes it taste real yummy,
And it scares off all the bees.

The Roman numerals translate as 8,9 and 5 (not 895). Aside from this, I have no idea what it means.

Silent shout is what happens after the stuff dissolves your vocal cords.

DnT 0430, Perhaps 2 19 5 or 2 10 9 5 Just as meaningless though.
Maybe its 160 proof and “IIXIXV” is all one can say after drinking it.
Or it could be in the Xshosa language, where the “Xs” are pronounced as clicks.

@Marum: According to the spacing, it’s 8,9,5. Without those two spaces, the whole thing would be meaningless as Roman numerals. FWIW, 895 would be DCCCXCV (500 plus three hundreds, plus ten less than a hundred, plus five)
Thank the gods I didn’t have to be a Roman mathematician!

Whups! Just realised that 8 would be VIII. IIX is not a Roman number.

If energy reserves families in the forest and no ghosts are there, does it make a silent shout?

Yup. 1, 9, 9, 5 = 1995. Inexpertly written. But It should be MCMXCV

If you often rise and fall, maybe it’s time to consider NOT sitting down when you drink alcohol.
The farce is strong with this one
40% by vol alcohol.= appox 200 standard drinks.
strange looking bottle of Scotch.
In space nobody hears you shout?
I know! It’s a label on a preasure packed can.
@algernon 0416. A new way to market Scotch.
In a preasure packed container.

That explains the rise and fall of ancient Rome.
It was all that cheap plonk they drank.
