The Roman numerals translate as 8,9 and 5 (not 895). Aside from this, I have no idea what it means.

@Marum: According to the spacing, it’s 8,9,5. Without those two spaces, the whole thing would be meaningless as Roman numerals. FWIW, 895 would be DCCCXCV (500 plus three hundreds, plus ten less than a hundred, plus five)
