@Classic Steve: IKWYM. Government websites! I had the misfortune of applying for a US visa about 6 years ago. During the process, I started with Safari, then abruptly had to switch to Firefox, then had to download the Google browser just to pay for the damn thing!
Compared to that, booking the flights on QANTAS to get to and from the embassy were a piece of cake.
This is a misnegation system! I know this!
