Sounds a bit fishy
An oily coat perhaps
Sold in a zip lock bag.
Tough as an old boot.
Tested playing football; it survived ten tackles.
Kinda stiff so your motion may be a bit jerky.
Try also our dried underwear.
As worn by John Dory.
It also has greensleeves.
I’ve haddock with leatherjackets, in fact there is no plaice in my house for one. They cost to the tuna several hundred dollars, and they mako no statement of any value. In fact the more I mullet over, sole reason for owning one is that it smelt nice. I don’t wish to carp, but your money would be betta spent if they brotula a banjo.
You have to put this on when you attend the Leather Society meetings.
That will attract attention in a biker bar!
Almost not Engrish. Leatherjacket – Oligoplites saurus – essentially a large pilot fish
Looks like jacket, tastes like shirt!
@zankhana: But the caption below the photo does say it’s dried squid. 😕 Looks more like fish to me, though. Whatever, I prefer my leatherjacket (fish) fresh cooked.
@Droll not Troll: I prefer fish deep fried, battered. I don’t agree with battered women – much better grilled or slow roasted haha
Not to worry is it’s Squid….Ir’s armless.
@zankhana: I hate breaded fish. Too many calories and I’m too fat anyway. I like it grilled/steamed/whatever.
