Take 2:
The fashion is shirt, necktie and bag. No pants, so people can see your male thing or female thing.

My lady was very hady with a needle. When we became lovers, that naughty little Asian lady made her own shorts shorts, with a zipper that went up one leg, across, and down the other leg.
She showed me a pair one day, and demonstated the zipper with a coy smile. As it was her idea, I took full advantage of the facility. 😉

Now, wait just a sec. Look at the first “the” in the fourth line of text. The “h” seems to be substituted by a musical flat symbol (♭). In the German note naming convention, “H flat” is actually B, which in turn is B♭ in the English naming system. And B♭ minor just happens to be one of the most depressing key signatures ever.
Wow, even the text itself, through a Freudian slip, admits how miserable it is to work in the captive factory…

Man thing and female thing are located slightly below the shirt
Things that make you go hmmmmm.
Choice of the bag fashionable you.
At the captive factory they use sleeve labour.
