1st one: Don’t random through street and don’t smoking in public concourse.

2nd one: Don’t chuck garbage everywhere and don’t expectoration everywhere.

3rd one: Don’t destroy virescence.

4th one: Don’t attaint public property and don’t say four letter word.

Hey look, Shanghai, your “Seven Don’t” Criterion can be condensed into just three don’ts and one do! Take that!
