I asked the Chef and he explained they get the assorted pot heads after the ate the acid beans dirty and got the little sheep cumin which the other sheep sour and the chickens boneless. the other stuff they just pull out of the open sewer out back, simmer overnight and give it different names. once in a while a horsefly drops by.
