Emperor is right, this appears to be a Nirvana shirt. Those are indeed some of the lyrics to the song “Blew”. Although, I believe the correct lyric is “If you wouldn’t mind I would like IT blew”. So the lyrics are wrong, and thus technically the shirt may still be considered “Engrish”.

Actually if you listen to the first line of the song, he does in fact say “to” instead of “it”
